We now cover you for more issues than ever before, from recovery and roadside assistance to uninsured loss recovery and work under warranty.
Our recovery and repair partners will keep you in the loop throughout the process, ensuring you are as well informed as possible regarding your vehicle. Any necessary repairs to the vehicle will only be made once authorisation from the fleet operator is given, meaning no unwanted and unexpected costs will be incurred. UK customers will receive a weekly invoice along with their usual SNAP Account invoice to easily keep track of any costs.
With SNAP Roadside Assistance, you will be covered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every single day of the year. 90% of recovery call outs will be there within 45 minutes, and if the recovery driver is unable to reach you within 90 minutes, we will call you within the first 15 minutes to explain the situation.

Existing SNAP customers who have been with us for 6 months or more will be able to activate roadside assistance free of charge, subject to a credit check.
