With 45 vehicles in its fleet, Delintra SP. Z.O.O. consists exclusively of truck units providing freight services throughout Europe. We spoke to General Fleet Manager Rafał Kaszuba, to learn more about his experience after signing up with SNAP.
Joining and using SNAP
"We had no hesitations about joining SNAP," he explains. With a fleet of vehicles traversing across Europe regularly, Rafał explains one of the reasons they decided to sign up:
"One of the reasons we joined SNAP was for the huge number of truck parks and depot parks that accept payment by SNAP."
With over 600 service partners on the network, finding parking for their drivers went from challenging to stress-free.
Support and customer service from SNAP
Providing fleets and drivers with the support they need to run efficiently is something that SNAP prides itself on. Our multilingual Customer Service Account Managers can assist fleets and drivers with queries. Something that Rafał and the team at Delintra have found beneficial.
"I've been very pleased with the support and the ease of getting help from SNAP. Even in my native language," Rafał explains.
Driver welfare and secure truck stops
Driver welfare has been a hot topic of discussion within the haulage industry, with the standard of truck stops playing a significant role. Sites with a variety of well-kept facilities can significantly improve driver welfare.
Rafał believes it's not just facilities that can have an impact:
"The most important thing is the sense of security. If a driver feels comfortable taking a break and does not have to worry about their goods and fuel, then the comfort of work increases," he states.
Ensuring their drivers park at sites with security measures is straightforward with SNAP. Rafał explains that finding "a site from the SNAP list, looking at its description and the level of security is helpful."
The SNAP map page provides fleet operators and drivers with all they need to know about each site before booking. For drivers on the road, the intruck app provides them with a catalogue of sites near them with a list of facilities, including security features.
The benefits of using SNAP
On top of the vast network available, Rafał states the ease and flexibility of using SNAP has benefitted their drivers substantially.
"It's easy to find parking for our fleet, and the payment is flexible. Our drivers benefit from being able to reserve a parking space - meaning they don't have to worry about not finding one."
When asked for his advice to fleets thinking about signing up with SNAP?
"Don't hesitate, just join the SNAP family."
