On-site rules and behaviour
Each service partner has their own check-in and check-out parking procedures for drivers. If you want to learn more about a specific service partner’s procedures, please use the ‘contact location’ option on intruck to speak to site staff.
Each service partner on the SNAP network has their own rules and truck parking regulations. Please check the ‘more information’ section of our website before arrival, and proceed with caution when entering the site.
Drivers are free to leave their vehicles, as long as they are not blocking any other vehicles.
Each service partner on the SNAP network is different, and each has their own parking regulations. Please follow the guidance provided by the site staff when you arrive, and park within the painted lines if available.
Parking suitability
The size of truck parking spaces differs from one service partner to the next, and some will have painted markings, while others don’t.
Each service partner on the SNAP network is different, but many truck stops will have designated areas for hazardous or refrigerated trucks. Please liaise with the site staff to find out where you should park if you are carrying a unique load or dangerous goods.
Amenities and comfort
Each service partner on the SNAP network is different. We recommend contacting the site operator to find out if they have pet-friendly amenities before arrival.

Planning journeys
All bookings at SNAP Depot Parking Sites can be cancelled at no charge, as long as the confirmed cancellation is before 4 pm. Cancellations after 4 pm will cost the price of the booking fee. Bookings and cancellations can be confirmed on the phone or via your SNAP Portal.
Each service provider has bespoke parking durations. Please use the ‘location information’ page on the SNAP website or the intruck app to view the parking time limits before arriving at the truck stop.
Once you arrive at a SNAP service partner, enter your licence plate number into a payment terminal to confirm your session. If no terminal is available, speak to the staff to book yourself in.
Many SNAP service providers offer parking sessions on a first-come first-served basis, so we recommend arriving earlier if you have a specific stop in mind. It’s also worth using the ‘more information’ section to check, as truck stops close their gates at a specific time (more likely at Depot Parking Sites).
Elsewhere, drivers can book their parking spaces ahead of time at bookable or exclusive Depot Parking sites, so you know you have a space waiting for you when you arrive.
It differs at weekends, but truck parks usually start getting busy around 4 pm, and most are full by 7 pm, which correlates with most truck driver hours. We advise booking ahead at Depot Parking Sites or arriving as early as your schedule allows at SNAP truck stops.
Truck stops tend to get busy around 4 pm, but we know the demands of the job can make it difficult to arrive on time. To minimise stress, you can book a parking space ahead of time at any of our bookable or Depot Parking Sites across Europe.
